Fee Structure
Individual Nutrition Consultations:
University of Calgary Sport Medicine Centre:
- $ 120 for Initial One Hour Consult (for one)
- $ 180 for Initial 1.5 Hour Consult (for two sharing an appointment)
- $ 60 for 0.5 Hour Follow-up Consult (for one)
Off-Site (i.e. not at the University of Calgary Sport Medicine Centre):
- $ 135 for Initial One Hour Consult (for one)
- $ 200 for Initial 1.5 Hour Consult (for two sharing an appointment)
- $ 95 for 0.5 Hour Follow-up Consult (for one)
Workshops:
Teams / Schools / Non-Profit Groups
- $ 250 per Hour + Cost of Handout Materials (and possibly parking, plus travel outside of Calgary, Alberta)
- $ 300 for 1.5 Hour Workshop + Cost of Handout Materials (and possibly parking, plus travel outside of Calgary, Alberta)
Corporate
- $ 375 per Hour + Cost of Handout Materials (and possibly parking, plus travel outside of Calgary, Alberta)
Resource Development, Written Articles, Consultation regarding Menus, etc.:
- $ 105 per Hour of Consultation Time
