Initial Individual Consultation

• Review medical history, pertinent lifestyle background, overall dietary and health concerns
• Discuss personal goals, supplements taken and examine current dietary intake
• A customized nutrition plan will be created with supportive resources (recipes, menus, etc.)

• Many clients have financial coverage available through employment health benefits or health spending for themselves,  spouses/partners and dependents. When required, a receipt of payment will be issued for reimbursement purposes. Consultation fees are paid in full prior to appointments.
